The 2024 Rebecca Roberts Classic will be focusing upon Men and Women “NOVICE ATHLETES” this year!
Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th June, the World Powerlifting Union & British Powerlifting Federation will be running Mr & Ms Universe Powerlifting Pro Meet
The British Powerlifting Federation will be holding a 100% Raw Strict Curl Competition at the Welsh Fitness Expo! Come and see world records shattered this June!
The Welsh Fitness Expo is incredibly proud to announce that Arm Gods and Roar Arm Wresting will joining us Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 at the Welsh Fitness Expo.
